JAMIC LABSJAMIC / Labs
Labs is where JAMIC investigates problems, tests ideas and develops promising possibilities into experiments, prototypes and products of our own.
Some ideas start with clients. Others start here.
01 / Why Labs
Not every useful idea begins as client work. Labs gives JAMIC a place to investigate problems, develop our own ideas and turn the strongest ones into something real.
Client work stays client work. Labs develops from JAMIC-owned ideas, generalized learning and public or independently developed insight—not confidential client information or client-owned intellectual property.
Not every idea should become a product. Labs creates space to investigate what matters, then uses evidence to decide what deserves more time, capital and attention.
02 / How ideas move
Identify meaningful problems, changing behaviors, emerging technologies and underserved opportunities.
Test assumptions quickly and explore unconventional approaches.
Turn promising ideas into working forms that can be evaluated.
Invest further in ideas that demonstrate meaningful value.
03 / Prove it or stop
Is the problem meaningful?
Is there a compelling new approach?
Does the prototype demonstrate value?
Is there enough evidence to justify deeper investment?
Ideas earn the right to receive more time, capital and attention.
04 / What can emerge
These are areas Labs may explore—not claims about products currently in market.
05 / From the Lab
Experiments, prototypes and JAMIC-owned products will appear here when they are ready to be shared.
Until then, Labs stays focused on doing the work rather than performing activity.
06 / The flywheel
Studio creates with clients. Create is being developed to guide creation. Labs develops JAMIC’s own ideas. Each strengthens the others through reusable methods, new capability and generalized learning.
Client confidential information and client-owned intellectual property do not enter the Labs pipeline.
Freedom to explore.
Discipline to commercialize.
Systems to scale.
